Since February 2023, I have been working at Gürdal Customs Consultancy on initiatives aimed at making processes more efficient, faster and more sustainable. As a Process & Systems Project Manager, I actively contribute to project management, system development, system integrations, process improvement, internal software projects, process automation and process optimization. My primary objective is to reduce time losses in operational processes, accelerate workflows and minimize error rates while enabling processes to operate more efficiently.

I view technology not merely as a tool for automating existing tasks, but as an important area of development that enables processes to be reassessed and designed more effectively. In this context, I work with technologies such as Python, SQL, Django and REST API to develop internal systems, integrate different platforms and create solutions tailored to operational requirements. In the systems we develop, I focus not only on the technical architecture but also on the end-user experience and the actual requirements of business processes. I embrace the principle that for a system to be successful, it must not only function correctly from a technical perspective, but also provide value to users, simplify their work and remain sustainable.

Continuous learning and self-development form the foundation of my professional approach. I consider problem solving, researching new technologies and experimenting with different methods to improve existing processes to be an important part of my professional life. I value a disciplined and consistent approach to work, a clear understanding of user and customer needs, and the continuous improvement of the systems we develop. In an environment where technology evolves rapidly, I believe it is important not to rely solely on existing methods, but to follow new tools and approaches and evaluate how they can create value for business processes.

I believe that data, automation and artificial intelligence technologies can significantly improve processes in the customs and foreign trade sector, and that substantial opportunities for digital transformation still remain. In particular, I see significant potential in AI-supported process automation solutions for reducing repetitive tasks, increasing operational efficiency and enabling employees to focus on higher-value activities.

At Gürdal Customs Consultancy, my goal is to accelerate the company’s digital transformation, contribute to the development of internal systems, reduce manual processes and support a stronger data-driven decision-making culture. At the same time, I aim to contribute to the development of faster, measurable, reliable and sustainable system architectures by integrating artificial intelligence, automation and modern software technologies into operational processes.
