I believe that process expertise, fast coordination, accurate communication, and operational experience are of great importance in the successful management of customs and foreign trade operations. Thanks to the operational experience I have gained throughout my career at different customs brokerage companies, I have had the opportunity to closely observe the needs of different sectors, the risks encountered in operational processes, and the dynamics of field operations.

In operational processes, I attach importance not only to the completion of transactions, but also to the proper planning of processes, the accurate management of customer expectations, and the uninterrupted continuation of the operational flow. I believe that, especially during periods of intense operational tempo, ensuring that processes progress in a controlled, fast, and coordinated manner is critical for customer satisfaction.

I believe that operational experience gained in the field provides an important advantage in anticipating potential issues that may arise in customs processes and quickly developing the right solution approach. In this regard, I attach importance to maintaining strong internal team coordination, regularly following up on operational processes, and establishing healthy communication with customers.

As Operations Manager at Gürdal Customs, I aim to contribute to the efficient, controlled, and sustainable management of operational processes, take an active role in strengthening the operational structure that supports customer satisfaction, and support the company’s strong service approach.
