Reyhan Tarakçı

I graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Foreign Trade and International Relations, in 2013. I began my career in the Business Development and Software Support department at Evrim Yazılım, where I had the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the technological infrastructure behind foreign trade and customs processes.

However, my goal has always been to specialize in the customs brokerage profession. With this objective in mind, I left the software industry and transitioned into the field of customs brokerage, focusing on my professional development. As a result of my disciplined work and determination, I became eligible to obtain my Assistant Customs Broker License in 2016.

Throughout my professional career, I have adopted a working approach centered on the management of operational processes, team coordination, and customer satisfaction. Over time, I assumed team leadership responsibilities, taking an active role in both the effective management of operations and the development of teams.

Today, I work as a Team Leader at Gürdal Customs Brokerage. In addition to managing daily operations, I contribute to business development and process improvement initiatives, focusing on combining technology and innovative approaches with operational experience. I believe in continuous professional development and consider creating efficient and sustainable processes that adapt to evolving foreign trade and customs regulations to be among the core priorities of my career.

For me, a career is not merely about professional titles; it is a journey of continuous learning, growth, and creating value every day. With this mindset, I aim to continue contributing both to my colleagues and to the companies we serve.
