The influence of my close relatives working in the sector played an important role in my decision to step into the customs and foreign trade industry. From the early years of my professional life, my goal was to specialize in the field of customs brokerage and advance in my profession. After receiving my Customs Broker License in 1993, I combined the knowledge and experience I had gained with my own vision and took part in the establishment process of Gürdal Customs Brokerage in 1998.

Throughout my professional life, work ethics, honesty, and a working approach based on compliance with regulations have always been my priorities. The correct application of customs legislation, the fast and complete conclusion of procedures, and the creation of a service approach that inspires confidence in customers form the foundation of my working principles.

Thanks to the experience I have gained over the years, I have come to believe that accurately analyzing the needs of the companies we serve and building long-term relationships of trust with them form the basis of successful business partnerships. For this reason, in the relationships we establish with our customers, I attach great importance not only to operational processes but also to mutual trust, transparent communication, and sustainable cooperation.

Today, I mainly continue my work in the areas of strengthening our relationships with customers, preserving our company’s corporate values, and supporting internal team coordination. One of my most important priorities is to pass on Gürdal Customs’ reliable and honest service approach, built over the years, to future generations.

As a Founding Partner, my goal is to maintain our approach of being an institution that stands out in our sector with its reliability, service quality, and ethical working principles, while continuing to build strong, long-standing relationships with our customers and business partners.
