In all our activities, we are committed to full compliance with the national legislation to which we are subject, foremost the Constitution of the Republic of Türkiye, as well as all international agreements and regulations to which Türkiye is a party.

Reliability, impartiality, and independence are the fundamental principles that guide us in all our business relationships. While protecting the commercial interests and legal rights of the individuals and institutions we serve, we also regard safeguarding the public interest as a primary responsibility.

When applying our professional knowledge and expertise, we take care to make decisions in line with the principles of efficient use of national resources, environmental awareness, and social responsibility.

The reports and statements we provide must be truthful, and all information must be communicated accurately, clearly, and in a timely manner. Accuracy and transparency are among the core values of all our business processes and relationships.

In line with our principle of information security, we never disclose our clients’ confidential commercial information under any circumstances, and we strictly prohibit our employees from sharing such information with third parties. We exercise the utmost care to ensure that business ethics remains one of the cornerstones of our written corporate culture.

We equip our managers and employees with the awareness, rules, and practices necessary to keep them away from conflicts of interest; we prevent and monitor conduct aimed at obtaining personal gain. We carry out representation activities (celebrations, hospitality, and entertainment) solely within the framework of laws, company internal regulations, and ethical rules. We strictly do not allow the giving or acceptance of gifts that may influence impartial decisions.

While conducting our activities and operations, we maintain equal distance from public institutions and organizations, non-governmental organizations, administrative bodies, and political parties, and we do not pursue any expectation of personal or corporate benefit. We do not engage in, facilitate, or tolerate any practice that may lead to corruption.

We avoid unfair competition and uphold the protection of fair competition and consumer rights. We reject unregistered employment, protect employee health and safety, and support fair employment practices.

We take an active role in activities that strengthen social unity and social awareness; we act with a sense of social responsibility and share this awareness with our entire business environment.

We develop structures and practices that will ensure these ethical values, principles, and understandings are embraced throughout our sphere of influence, including our business partners and suppliers.
