Management of TAREKS and TSI Application Processes

The identification of products subject to TAREKS, the preparation of relevant applications, and their transfer to the TSI process are followed in accordance with the legislation. Depending on the nature of the process, the necessary applications are submitted during the bonded warehouse stage or during import procedures.

For sea freight shipments, the aim is to complete the application steps at the earliest possible stage before the bonded warehouse process begins, and for other import processes, before the bonded warehouse is closed. This approach helps reduce risks such as file accumulation, late application submission, or time loss in exemption processes.

The accuracy of the documents used during the application, system uploads, transfer of application numbers to the relevant customs declaration processes, and follow-up of necessary approval steps are carried out regularly.

Bonded Warehouse Process Follow-Up

In bonded warehouse processes, the presence of products subject to TSI is checked and the transaction flow is planned accordingly. Stages such as arrival notice, registration of the bonded warehouse declaration, counting report, ATS procedures, TAREKS application, TSI application, and pre-committee inspection are followed in an integrated manner.

If any issues are identified in the documents, the necessary corrections are made and the documents are re-uploaded to the system. Preparing the documents in an up-to-date and accurate manner before the committee inspection is critically important for the smooth progress of the process.

With this structure, efforts are made to reduce waiting times in the bonded warehouse process, document-related delays, and disruptions that may arise from manual follow-up.

For products requiring TSI approval, committee inspection and sampling processes are carefully managed. After approval, product delivery and process completion are notified to the relevant units, and the closing steps of the operation are carried out.
