In order to ensure that customs and foreign trade operations are carried out seamlessly, securely, and swiftly, we continuously update and improve our information technology infrastructure. To mitigate the risk of losing access to the data center in extraordinary situations such as earthquakes, floods, and similar events, Emergency Response Centers have been established at our Mersin and Kayseri Operation Centers. In this way, our systems can continue to operate through alternative centers, preserving service continuity.

The GGM Online Portal, developed specifically for our company, enables flexible, up-to-date, and adaptable presentation of reports related to foreign trade operations. In addition to standard reporting, we also have a wide range of customized reporting infrastructures tailored to our clients’ operational structures and expectations.

Thanks to line redundancy established over ME, RL, VDSL, ADSL, and 4.5G infrastructures, the system automatically switches to backup lines in the event of connection interruptions.
